Bringing a little taste of Taiwan to Minnesota.
Dedicated to our two sons because they love Taiwanese food. We are bringing the tastes of Taiwanese bian dang to Minnesota.
About Us
The first time we (as a family) took a trip to Taiwan, we enjoyed so many delicious kinds of Taiwanese food. When we came back to Minnesota, our two sons wanted to continue eating the foods that they had in Taiwan; however, there were very few Taiwanese food options. What started as wanting to feed our two sons, turned into us wanting to feed others by bringing the tastes of Taiwan to Minnesota.
FAQs
What is Taiwanese bian dang?
Taiwanese bian dang is a boxed meal. Bian dang is very common in Taiwan and consists of a main dish with various side dishes. If you are ever in Taiwan, make sure to try a bian dang. When you are back in Minnesota, make sure to order from us!
What is Taiwanese braised pork with rice?
Taiwanese braised pork with rice (lu rou fan) is one of the most recognizable dishes in Taiwan. Even on the small island, there are so many variations of braised pork; however, the common traits of lu rou fan are delicious and fragrant pieces of slowly braised pork over white rice. Our two sons' favorite Taiwan dish is braised pork, which is why braised pork is our signature dish.
